  • Cream cheese: 200 gm

  • Fresh cream: 100 ml
  • Digestive biscuits: 10
  • Melted butter: 50 gm
  • Fresh strawberries: 8-10
  • Gelatin: 1 tsp
  • Vanilla extract: 1 tsp

    Crush biscuits, mix with melted butter - press into base of a springform pan & chill

    Whip cream to soft peaks, fold into cheese mixture with dissolved gelatin

    Pour over base, top with sliced strawberries & refrigerate for 4 hours
