🥘Ingredients

  • Dark chocolate: 40 gm
  • Coffee powder: 20 gm
  • Fresh cream: 50 gm
  • MonkSugar: 10 gm
  • Hot water: 5 gm
  • Cocoa powder & strawberry for garnish

👨‍🍳How to Make

    Chop chocolate, melt in a bowl

  2. 2

    Dissolve coffee in hot water with 10 gm cream - pour over chocolate to form ganache

  3. 3

    Whip remaining cream with MonkSugar until medium peaks form

  4. 4

    Fold cream into ganache, pour into moulds & refrigerate until set

  5. 5

    Dust with cocoa powder & top with a strawberry slice
