- Dark chocolate: 40 gm
- Coffee powder: 20 gm
- Fresh cream: 50 gm
- MonkSugar: 10 gm
- Hot water: 5 gm
- Cocoa powder & strawberry for garnish

Chop chocolate, melt in a bowl

Dissolve coffee in hot water with 10 gm cream - pour over chocolate to form ganache

Whip remaining cream with MonkSugar until medium peaks form

Fold cream into ganache, pour into moulds & refrigerate until set

Dust with cocoa powder & top with a strawberry slice
