2. Shipping Partners

We ship through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and DTDC to ensure safe and timely delivery of your MonkSugar.

3. Order Processing

• Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day
• Orders placed after 2 PM are dispatched the next business day
• You'll receive a tracking link via SMS/email once shipped

4. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partner will make up to 3 delivery attempts
• If undelivered after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us
• We'll contact you to arrange re-delivery (additional shipping may apply)

5. Serviceable Areas

We currently ship across India. Enter your pincode at checkout to verify serviceability. Some remote areas may have limited courier access.

6. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India. International shipping will be available soon. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified!
