2. How We Use Your Information

  • Process and fulfill your orders (placed via website or WhatsApp)
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and delivery notifications

  • Facilitate WhatsApp-based ordering, tracking, and customer support

3. WhatsApp Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform (powered by Meta) to provide you with a convenient ordering and support experience. When you message us on WhatsApp:

  • Messages you send (including order details, address, and queries) are processed to fulfill your requests
  • We may send you transactional messages (order confirmations, payment links, shipping updates)
  • Your conversation data is processed in accordance with WhatsApp's Privacy Policy and Meta's Privacy Policy
  • We do not share your WhatsApp messages with any third parties except as required to process your orders (e.g., shipping partners)
  • You can stop receiving messages at any time by sending "STOP" or by blocking our number

By initiating a conversation with us on WhatsApp, you consent to receiving messages related to your orders and inquiries through the platform.

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

  • Payment Processors: Razorpay for secure payment processing
  • Shipping Partners: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and other courier companies to deliver your order
  • Meta / WhatsApp: As required for WhatsApp Business Platform messaging (subject to Meta's data policies)
  • Analytics Providers: To understand website usage (anonymized data only)
  • Legal Authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including SSL encryption, secure servers, and regular security audits to protect your data. Payment processing is handled by PCI-DSS compliant Razorpay. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

  • Stop WhatsApp messages by sending "STOP" or blocking our number

WhatsApp conversation data is retained for up to 12 months for customer support purposes, after which it is automatically deleted.

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MonkSugar purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.

Return Eligibility

You may return MonkSugar products within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product is damaged or defective on arrival
  • You received the wrong product
  • The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months)
  • The seal is broken or tampered with during transit

Non-Returnable Items

Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products (seal broken by customer)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at support@themonkcompany.in or message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order ID and photos of the damaged/defective product
  3. Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
  4. If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Approved Returns: Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • Replacement Option: You can choose a replacement instead of a refund
  • Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective/wrong products

Cancellation Policy

  • Before Shipping: Full refund, no questions asked
  • After Shipping: Cannot be cancelled; please initiate a return after delivery

Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/videos before opening and contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
