We want you to be 100% satisfied with your MonkSugar purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we're here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return MonkSugar products within 7 days of delivery if:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival
- You received the wrong product
- The product is expired or near expiry (less than 3 months)
- The seal is broken or tampered with during transit
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:
- Opened or used products (seal broken by customer)
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
- Products returned after 7 days of delivery
3. How to Request a Return
- Email us at support@themonkcompany.in within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order ID and photos of the damaged/defective product
- Our team will review and respond within 24-48 hours
- If approved, we'll arrange a pickup or provide return shipping instructions
4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product:
- Approved Returns: Full refund to original payment method within 5-7 business days
- Replacement Option: You can choose a replacement instead of a refund
- Shipping Costs: We cover return shipping for defective/wrong products
5. Cancellation Policy
- Before Shipping: Full refund, no questions asked
- After Shipping: Cannot be cancelled; please initiate a return after delivery
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos/videos before opening and contact us immediately. We'll send a replacement at no extra cost.
