🥘Ingredients

  • Flour: 200 gm
  • Melted butter: 100 gm
  • Egg: 1
  • MonkSugar: 40 gm
  • Buttermilk: 100 ml
  • Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Milk: 50 ml, Condensed milk: 25 ml, Cream: 25 ml (syrup)
  • Fresh cream: 50 ml + MonkSugar: 10 gm (topping)

👨‍🍳How to Make

    Mix melted butter, MonkSugar, egg & buttermilk

    Fold in flour, baking powder & baking soda to form batter

    Fill cupcake moulds 3/4 full - bake at 160°C for 15 minutes

    Poke holes in cooled cupcakes, pour milk-cream syrup & let soak

    Whip cream with MonkSugar, top cupcakes & garnish with cinnamon & strawberries
