- Flour: 200 gm
- Melted butter: 100 gm
- Egg: 1
- MonkSugar: 40 gm
- Buttermilk: 100 ml
- Baking powder: 1/2 tsp
- Milk: 50 ml, Condensed milk: 25 ml, Cream: 25 ml (syrup)
- Fresh cream: 50 ml + MonkSugar: 10 gm (topping)

Mix melted butter, MonkSugar, egg & buttermilk

Fold in flour, baking powder & baking soda to form batter

Fill cupcake moulds 3/4 full - bake at 160°C for 15 minutes

Poke holes in cooled cupcakes, pour milk-cream syrup & let soak
