- Full cream milk: 1 litre
- Rice (soaked 30 min): 3 tbsp

- Saffron strands: a pinch
- Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
- Almonds & pistachios: for garnish

Boil milk on medium heat, stirring often - reduce to half

Add soaked rice, cook on low flame for 15 minutes until soft

Remove from heat, stir in MonkSugar, saffron & cardamom
