🥘Ingredients

  • Full cream milk: 1 litre
  • Rice (soaked 30 min): 3 tbsp
  • MonkSugar: 2 tbsp
  • Saffron strands: a pinch
  • Cardamom powder: 1/2 tsp
  • Almonds & pistachios: for garnish

👨‍🍳How to Make

    Boil milk on medium heat, stirring often - reduce to half

    Add soaked rice, cook on low flame for 15 minutes until soft

    Remove from heat, stir in MonkSugar, saffron & cardamom

    Garnish with sliced dry fruits, chill & serve cold
